Panjin Restoration Project
The construction project for the remediation and treatment of polluted soil in the original factory area of Panjin North Asphalt Fuel Co., Ltd. is located 30 meters south of Binhai Avenue in Dawa District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province. The remediation depth of this project is 0-1.5 meters, and the remediation soil volume is 280746.78 cubic meters. The main pollutants are VOCs, SVOCs, and TPHs, which are treated by ex situ thermal desorption. This project has the characteristics of a large amount of restoration work and a short construction period, and most of the polluted soil is composite pollution, which increases the difficulty of construction. At the same time, due to the presence of organic polluted soil, there is a risk of volatile gases spreading to sensitive areas in the surrounding area. Therefore, this project has extremely high requirements for the professional quality of project management personnel and the control of the construction process. The project will be completed, repaired, and removed from the directory by March 27, 2025.
