Guiyang Urban Investment Environment
The equipment procurement project for the expansion of Guizhou Province Hazardous Waste and Guiyang Medical Waste Treatment and Disposal Center is located in Shangbangou, Fenghuang Village, Xiaoqing Township, Xiuwen County, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. The construction scale is to build a new 50 ton/day (16500 tons/year) medical waste incineration production line, sewage treatment and three effect evaporation, exhaust gas treatment system, electrical system, stabilization and solidification system.
The equipment and electrical automation system in the newly added structures include electrical piping, bridge installation, cable laying and wiring, procurement, installation, and commissioning of electrical instrumentation equipment.
① Incineration system: The incineration system consists of feeding system, feeding, crushing and feeding system, medical waste feeding and cleaning system, combustion assistance system, incineration system, waste heat boiler system, rapid cooling system, dry deacidification system, bag filter system, wet deacidification system, wet electrostatic precipitator system, SNCR denitrification system, smoke and air system, compressed air system, fly ash conveying system, cooling circulation system, self-control and instrumentation system, electrical system equipment installation and commissioning. The equipment entered the site in early June 2022 and was ignited and baked on August 28, with system linkage commissioning carried out;
② Three effect evaporation system: This project's three effect evaporation system is designed to treat high salt wastewater generated during the operation of the incineration system. The system mainly consists of a pretreatment unit, a dosing system, three effect heating, three effect separation, high-efficiency demister, condenser, preheater, water pump, pipeline valves, and steel structure components;
③ Sewage treatment system: The sewage treatment system is a supporting ancillary project for the expansion of Guizhou Province Hazardous Waste and Guiyang Medical Waste Treatment and Disposal Center. It is mainly used to treat workshop floor flushing water, transportation vehicle flushing water, incineration system wastewater, domestic wastewater, and medical waste container flushing water; The ancillary project is for renovation and expansion, and the existing structures and sewage treatment equipment should be utilized reasonably. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the sewage treatment scale reasonably and cautiously. This is not only to determine the equipment model, avoid excessive investment and long-term idle of equipment, but also to ensure different water quality and meet the standards of treated water. It is not necessary to discharge pollutants and pollute the water bodies outside the plant due to delayed sewage treatment;
④ Stabilization and solidification system: This project is used for the stabilization/solidification system of the waste safety disposal center in the expansion project of the Guizhou Province Hazardous Waste and Guiyang Medical Waste Treatment and Disposal Center. The daily processing capacity is about 100 tons and the annual operating time is 330 days. Based on the analysis of the materials to be solidified, and considering the safety, economy, wide applicability, and maturity of the process equipment and technology, a comprehensive solidification/stabilization treatment method mainly composed of cement, fly ash, and chemicals is ultimately determined. This engineering equipment is used for mixing fly ash and auxiliary materials. Mix several materials added intermittently, continuously, or in one go by stirring, flipping, and sprinkling, so that the materials are fully mixed in a short period of time;
⑤ Exhaust gas treatment system: This system collects the odor generated during the operation of medical waste workshop, incineration workshop, solidification workshop, and sewage treatment system through pipelines and induced draft fans to the deodorization workshop. It uses a combination of chemical washing, defogger, UV photolysis, and activated carbon adsorption method for deodorization. The deodorization equipment is placed on the open space next to the workshop for easy pipeline connection. The odor is purified by deodorizing equipment and discharged into the air through a 15m high exhaust pipe;
⑥ Power system: The electrical system consists of high-voltage switchgear, ring main unit, low-voltage switchgear, transformers, compensation cabinets, etc., as well as external power renovation work commissioned by Party A.
