About the Project: The remediation of contaminated ground soil at the Former Dahua Group Relocation and Surrounding Renovation Project is located in the former Dahua contaminated land in the Shaoyuwan area of ​​Ganjingzi District, Dalian. The remediation project involves the disposal of ground soil generated from the construction of underground utility corridors, Hengyuan Primary School, Metro Line 5, and the undersea tunnel. The project covers an area of ​​approximately 219,000 square meters and has a total volume of approximately 1.468 million cubic meters. The project duration is 285 calendar days. The contract was signed on November 8, 2023, and construction will commence on December 16, 2023. The project involves 13 plots, including L4, M15, M17, M18, M19, M20, M24, M22, C3, C4, C5, M3, and M6. The layout is as follows:

 

 

Construction Technology

The construction technology used in this project includes:

1) Solidification/stabilization of 450,000 m³ of contaminated soil;

2) Leaching and disposal of 101,800 m³ of excessive waste residue;

3) Transportation and barrier landfill of 1.43 million m³ of contaminated soil and waste residue.
