Shanxi Chengong Solid Waste Comprehensive Disposal and Utilization Co., Ltd. 100t/d solid waste incineration line project
Shanxi Chengong Solid Waste Comprehensive Treatment and Utilization Co., Ltd. plans to build a 100t/d hazardous waste incineration system to treat hazardous solid and liquid waste generated in Xing County and surrounding areas.
According to statistical classification, the hazardous wastes to be treated in this project include solid, semi-solid, and liquid wastes. The main hazardous waste categories involved are HW02, HW03, HW04, HW05, HW06, HW07, HW08, HW09, HW11, HW12, HW13, HW14, HW16, HW37, HW38, HW39, HW40, HW45, and HW49.
According to the above statistics, the total amount of semi-solid and liquid waste processed by this incineration system is about 30,000t/a (solid-liquid ratio: solid semi-solid ~80%, liquid ~20%), which is converted into hourly processing capacity: 4.17t/h; annual working time is 300 days, that is: annual operation time is 7200h/a; the average calorific value of incineration design is 3500kcal/kg. The main units of this project are: (1) Waste liquid storage and feeding system: provide daily waste liquid storage tanks, transportation and feeding system (including daily waste liquid storage tanks, waste liquid pumps and injection systems); (2) Solid waste pretreatment and feeding system: crushing, driving, grab, weighing, conveyor, feeding seal, etc.; (3) Solid waste feeding system: provide phosphorus plate feeder, double flap door, chute, push mechanism, kiln head barreled waste elevator, etc.; (4) Incineration system: provide rotary kiln, secondary combustion chamber, burner, auxiliary Gas blower, slag discharge system; (5) Waste heat utilization system: Provide waste heat boiler and supporting automatic soft water system, soft water tank, deaerator, deaeration water pump, water supply pump, electrical control system, gas distribution cylinder, etc.; (6) Flue gas treatment system: Provide rapid cooling, dry deacidification, bag dust removal, wet deacidification, wet electrostatic precipitator, flue gas heating, etc.; (7) Flue gas and air system: Provide blower, induced draft fan, chimney, etc.; (8) Electrical control system: Provide electrical system and instrument automatic control system (using DCS). The control system has a reserved communication interface for connection to the whole plant production management system; (9) Reserved monitoring communication interface within the incineration boundary; (10) Pipe gallery, bridge, operating platform, ladder, lifting equipment (crusher maintenance, urea hoisting, sodium bicarbonate, activated carbon hoisting, etc.); (13) Installation materials, spare parts and special tools. (14) Design and reserve space for SCR device.
