Recently, CSIC Lvzhou Environmental Protection (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nanjing CSIC Lvzhou Machinery Co., Ltd. under the China State Shipbuilding Corporation, has successfully tapped into the Xinjiang oilfield market with its new-generation equipment and technology for the resource recovery and harmless treatment of oil sludge. This marks a breakthrough in oil sludge disposal orders in the region. The equipment for the oil sludge treatment projects it has undertaken is operating safely and stably, and the operations are in full swing.
The disposal target of this project is petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil, which is precisely one of the important strategic directions for the environmental protection company's business development. The company attaches great importance to it, and the marketing, engineering, technology, and other relevant departments immediately organized the establishment of a project team to discuss and send engineering and technical personnel to conduct on-site analysis. For the targeted oily contaminated soil, the structure of the oil sludge equipment and the upgrading and transformation of the tail gas were carried out. After the upgrading and transformation was completed in early July, the production capacity of a single set exceeded 10t/h. This equipment was highly recognized by the owner, and two sets of oil sludge disposal equipment have been operating continuously and stably for two months.
Through this engineering application in oily contaminated soil, the company's new generation of oil sludge resource recovery and harmless treatment technology is advanced, and the equipment is reliable, laying a solid foundation for the company's next step in expanding its market in the field of oil sludge disposal.
