Performance delivery of new plate-type seawater desalination device

On October 23rd, the BZF-20G(X) plate-type seawater desalination device, independently developed by our company, completed production and debugging, fulfilling its contract on schedule and achieving practical application on board. The new plate-type seawater desalination device is optimized and upgraded based on our BZF-18G plate-type seawater desalination device. It has made breakthroughs in key technologies such as efficient heat exchange and vacuum extraction, improving heat exchange efficiency, achieving better freshwater quality, higher freshwater production, and realizing cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
The device utilizes low-temperature vacuum distillation technology, offering advantages such as low energy consumption, small footprint, and high water production efficiency. It achieves a freshwater salt content of ≤5mg/L and a freshwater production capacity of 20~25m³/d, meeting the high-quality daily freshwater needs on board ships and enhancing their endurance. The device adopts a modular design, improving production efficiency, facilitating disassembly and maintenance, and providing ease of operation and maintenance for users.

This shipment marks a breakthrough for the company in the field of seawater desalination, from technology research and development to industrial application, with high user recognition. Currently, the company has signed multiple orders, laying a solid foundation for subsequent market expansion.
